Sting has shared the video for ‘I Wrote Your Name (Upon My Heart)’, his first new music since his 2021 album The Bridge.
‘I Wrote Your Name (Upon My Heart)’ features Sting's new 'Sting 3.0' musical contributors -- Dominic Miller on guitar, Chris Maas on drums and Martin Kierszenbaum on organ, while Sting sings, plays bass and electric guitar. The track is produced by Martin “Cherry Cherry Boom Boom” Kierszenbaum, mixed by Robert Orton and mastered by Gene Grimaldi.
The Sting 3.0 theater tour will kick-off in Detroit with two nights on September 17-18 at the legendary Fillmore Theater; the tour wraps-up Nov. 13 in Los Angeles.
