Benny The Butcher and Hit-Boy announced a new collaborative album, the followup to their 2020 project, Burden of Proof.
Burden of Proof marked Benny The Butcher’s second studio album, produced entirely by Hit-Boy. The LP featured guest appearances from Big Sean, Conway the Machine, Dom Kennedy, Freddie Gibbs, Lil Wayne, Queen Naija, Rick Ross and Westside Gunn, and peaked at No. 27 and No. 14 on the Billboard 200 and the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums.
Benny The Butcher took to social media to announce the news of the new collab, sharing a photo of him at the GRAMMYs with the caption: “Sometimes the experience of the journey is a better feeling than reaching the destination.
