Mitchell Tenpenny is sharing the music video for his latest single, “We Got History”, directed by Brenton Giesey and filmed in Cocoa Beach, Florida.
Tenpenny wrote the track along with Andy Albert, Devin Dawson, and Jordan Schmid, which is included on his 20-track project, This Is The Heavy. The highly-anticipated album also includes the songs “Good Place,” “Truth About You” and other fan-favorites.
Said Tenpenny in a statement: “I spent an enormous amount of time writing during the pandemic and sharing bits and pieces of what I was working on along the way. The fans really showed up for me by giving me feedback on what they were liking. Their direction helped shape this album and stretched me as a songwriter and artist.”
