Chance the Rapper has added rising New Orleans artist La Reezy as the special guest for nearly every stop on his upcoming The Coloring Book 10 Year Anniversary Tour, further building anticipation for the North American trek celebrating a decade of his landmark 2016 mixtape.
The tour begins Aug. 11 at House of Blues in Cleveland and concludes Oct. 11 at Citizens Live at The Wylie in Pittsburgh, with stops scheduled across the United States and Canada. La Reezy will appear on all dates except the Aug. 28 performance in Virginia Beach. Fans can expect performances centered on Coloring Book, revisiting the songs that elevated Chance from Chicago mixtape standout to Grammy-winning artist while celebrating the project's lasting influence 10 years after its release.
The anniversary run honors Coloring Book, the critically acclaimed mixtape that reshaped the music industry by proving an independently released streaming project could achieve both commercial and awards success. The project blended hip-hop, gospel and soul while featuring collaborations with artists including Kanye West, Justin Bieber, Lil Wayne, 2 Chainz, Kirk Franklin and T-Pain. It also helped make Chance the Rapper the first independent artist to win a Grammy Award for Best Rap Album, cementing the mixtape's place as one of the defining releases of the streaming era.
The addition of La Reezy gives the anniversary tour an emerging voice from the Southern rap scene as Chance revisits one of the most significant milestones of his career. The shows also continue a recent trend of anniversary performances for the artist, who previously celebrated Acid Rap with a special live event before returning to new music with his 2025 album Star Line.
