Rising Toronto artist Chxrry continues building momentum with her latest single “Bottles & Lights,” a collaboration with Mariah The Scientist, released via XO Records and Republic Records. The track arrives as part of the rollout for her debut album U, Me, and My Ego, expected later this spring.
The release also builds on the buzz from Chxrry's “Hall Of Fame” and continues a strong run that began with breakout singles “Groupie” and “Main Character,” the latter gaining traction across social media and pop culture moments.
“Bottles & Lights” captures both artists reflecting on self-worth and moving on from betrayal. Chxrry delivers her verses with sharp confidence, while Mariah adds emotional depth through her signature storytelling. A sleek visualizer complements the track, following Chxrry through a night of luxury and chaos as she rides through the city in a limousine before linking up with Mariah for a high-energy evening. The visuals mirror the song’s contrast between composure and unpredictability, with Chxrry firmly in control throughout.
Chxrry’s rising profile has also been fueled by touring, including a recent European run supporting Mariah The Scientist, as well as appearances alongside FLO. She has also collaborated with The Weeknd on “Reflections Laughing” from 'Hurry Up Tomorrow.'
