Tyla has released her brand new single 'Bliss', produced by Nolan Lambroza, Dylan Wiggins, and NovaWav. Tyla first previewed the song at Coachella and performed it at NYC’s Governors Ball. During her debut appearance at Coachella, Tyla also revealed a collaboration with the upscale grocery brand Erewhon: the “Bliss” smoothie. Proceeds gained from the smoothie will go towards 18twenty8 -- a charity focused on empowering young women in South Africa through support for education initiatives and personal development.
In addition, Tyla shared the video for 'Bliss,' writing on Instagram: For the drama, for the plot... 'Bliss' music video out now.". The video opens with Tyla standing in an apparent desert, with an explosion in the background.
Tyla recently joined Blackpink member Lisa for the song "When I'm With You"; her self-titled debut album was the highest charting for an African female soloist in Billboard 200 history; and her triple-platinum single ‘Water' helped the singer achieve the same feat on the Billboard Hot 100. Tyla shares of her success: “I’ve changed a lot in a short amount of time because I was kind of forced to – with how fast I had to adapt to everything. I don’t think it’s going to be the same energy at all, especially with what I’ve started making. It’s different, but also still Tyla.”
