J. Cole surprised fans with the solo release “Port Antonio”, in which the rapper addresses the beef between Kendrick Lamar and Drake.  The song, produced by Cole alongside The DZL and Omen, is reportedly off his next album “The Fall Off.”

Fans remember that Cole pulled out of the Kendrick/Drake rap battle about six months ago, and waved the white flag to remove himself from the narrative just days after releasing his Kendrick diss track, “7 Minute Drill”.

Cole expressed regret for doing so while on stage at his Dreamville Fest in his home state of North Carolina back in April, and eventually removed “7 Minute Drill” from streaming services.
