NY Mets beat Los Angeles Dodgers in Game 2 of NLCS with 7-3 score

The New York Mets defeated the Los Angeles Dodgers in Game 2 of the National League Championship Series on Monday afternoon at Dodger Stadium with a score of 7-3, to even the series 1-1.

The Mets' Francisco Lindor hit a leadoff homer in the first inning against Ryan Brasier, while Mark Vientos belted a grand slam against Landon Knack during New York’s five-run second inning. Mets pitcher Sean Manaea started Game 2 with four shutout innings for New York, allowing three runs (two earned) and two hits in five-plus innings.

Game 3 of the best-of-seven series between the Mets and Dodgers is set for Wednesday at Citi Field in New York.
