The 2023 edition of Love Rocks NYC has announced a livestream of the star-studded 'God’s Love We Deliver' benefit concert at the Beacon Theatre on Thursday, March 9th. God’s Love We Deliver was founded during the AIDS pandemic in 1985 and has also been an essential services provider during the COVID-19 pandemic, providing life-sustaining meals and nutrition counseling for people in the New York Metropolitan area living with severe illness.
Since launching in 2017, the annual Love Rocks NYC concerts have raised more than $25 million to date and helping to fund more than 2.5 million meals for New Yorkers in need. Led by music director and bandleader Will Lee from The CBS Orchestra, this year's Love Rocks NYC will feature an star-studded lineup for its seventh annual event, featuring performances by James Taylor, John Mayer Trio, Sheryl Crow, Mavis Staples, Pat Benatar & Neil Giraldo, St. Vincent, Rufus Wainwright, Jim James, Warren Haynes, Ledisi, Gary Clark Jr., Allison Russell, The War and Treaty, former New York Yankee/guitarist Bernie Williams, and more to be announced. Love Rocks NYC will also feature appearances by Stephen Colbert, Andy Cohen, Chevy Chase, and Phoebe Robinson, in support of the New York-based not-for-profit God’s Love We Deliver.
