Rihanna has released the official video for “Lift Me Up,” the lead single from the upcoming Black Panther: Wakanda Forever original soundtrack. The three-and-a-half-minute video is comprised of scenes of Rihanna solo, singing on a sunset-lit beach as well as scenes from the upcoming Black Panther sequel.
"Lift Me Up" is not only the lead single for the official Wakanda Forever soundtrack, but also a musical tribute to the late actor Chadwick Boseman, who starred as T'Challa in the original blockbuster film. The track was written by Rihanna herself along with Nigerian music star Tems, Oscar winner Ludwig Göransson, and Wakanda Forever's director Ryan Coogler.
