Defensive end Randy Gregory will sign with the Denver Broncos, and not the Dallas Cowboys, despite the Cowboys announcing on Tuesday that Gregory had decided to re-sign with the franchise in free agency.  That agreement, apparently, fell through as the Cowboys deleted their post on Twitter.

Gregory and the Broncos agreed to a five-year, $70 million pact that includes $28 million guaranteed. Those reports came just hours after the Cowboys posted news of Gregory's alleged re-signing. The deal with the Cowboys was for 5 years, $70 million with $28 million guaranteed.

The 29-year-old Gregory has earned 85 tackles and 16.5 sacks in five seasons in Dallas, including 6.0 sacks last season, tying a career-high. He entered last season as a starting defensive end, though he suffered a calf injury during practice before Week 10 and was placed on injured reserve for a month.
