Cardi B is now the owner of a brand new mansion in the Dominican Republic, gifted to her by her husband Offset for her 29th birthday. While celebrating with family and friends at her birthday bash in Los Angeles, California, Offset took the mic to announce that he purchased the new home to honor not only Cardi's birthday, but the past year with his wife, which included the recent birth of their son. As a tour of the home played on a large screen during the party, Offset said: “I done bought you everything, so this year I wanted to get you something for having my beautiful son. So I bought you a house in the DR. Yessir, that’s how we coming, pool on the roof. God is good.”
Cardi spent her birthday at L.A. Rivers Studio with friends and family including her sister Hennessy, Megan Thee Stallion, Lizzo, Teyana Taylor, Tiffany Haddish, Chance the Rapper, Snoop Dogg, Trey Songz and Migos, who were all entertained by dancers and performances from Spice, Shenseea and Ding Dong. Cardi took to social media to share pics from party, and tweeted: “Last night I was a bit disappointed in myself. I had a slight headache & took 3 shots of tequila on a empty stomach. Every time I danced felt like I was gonna faint. STRUGGLING. Thank god my girls held me down! Hennessy, Spice, Megan, Normani & Shensea! Baby I couldn’t hang.”
