Megadeth frontman Dave Mustaine revealed last year that he’d been diagnosed with throat cancer back in June 2019. However recent updates about his health have been encouraging, with Mustaine posting photos of himself in the studio, as well as announcing a massive European tour with Five Finger Death Punch.
Now, Megadeth have posted an update to their social media accounts, announcing that they’re back and ready to hit the road. The band posted a photo of Dave and guitarist Kiki Loureiro performing together, with the caption, “Megadeth is back! We can’t wait to see and play for you all on the Killing Road in 2020! What songs do you want to hear?”
Fans can catch Megadeth alongside Five Finger Death Punch and Bad Wolves during their European dates starting later this month.
