Blink-182, Limp Bizkit and Weezer are the three main headline acts named for next summer's INKcarceration Music and Tattoo Festival held at the Ohio State Reformatory in Mansfield. 2020 marks the third year for the INKcarceration festival, which fuses rock music and tattoo artistry. Visitors can also tour the famous reformatory, explore its haunted house attraction and meet with dozens of tattoo artists.
