On Tuesday, March 12th, the 2019 Roots Picnic lineup was announced. Headlining the festival are The Roots themselves. This year is a special show as they’ll perform their classic album Things Fall Apart in full to celebrate its 20th anniversary.
Other acts on the bill include Lil Baby, H.E.R., Blueface, Davido, Raphael Saadiq, City Girls, and more.
Black Thought is teaming up with J. Period for a Live Mixtape performance featuring Yasiin Bey.
Multiple notable podcasts will also have live shows, including The Joe Budden Podcast, The Read, and, of course, Questlove Supreme.
