Nipsey Hussle recently revealed he is working on an album with Meek Mill. Meek mentioned he wanted to work with Nipsey last December and the collaboration is finally happening.
Nipsey said in an interview: "we’ve been cutting ideas and just getting in. We got a couple records that’s gon’ go off for the summer. It’s not hard at all. We just gotta lock in and get the records done … We would like to come summer time if we gon’ do it. We just gotta lock in.”
Meek dropped his Championships album in November 2018 while Nipsey’s debut studio effort, Victory Lap, arrived last February. Victory Lap earned the rapper his first Grammy nomination in the Best Rap Album category.
