Cardi B and Lil Wayne will be the headliners for the "Rolling Loud" festival coming to Los Angeles in December. The two-day festival takes place December 14 and 15 at the Banc of California Stadium Grounds in downtown L.A. Post Malone, Lil Uzi Vert, 21 Savage, Wiz Khalifa, Young Thug, Gunna, Juice WRLD, Lil Skies, Trippie Redd, as well as West Coast natives Mozzy, Ty Dolla $ign, Tyga, Nipsey Hussle, Shoreline Mafia, Yung Pinch, and Roddy Ricch are also named as performers.
