Singer-songwriter Lana Del Rey, 39, and rapper/music producer Quavo, 33, have joined forces for a brand new collaboration called “Tough,” produced by Andrew Watt and Cirkut. Del Rey and Quavo debuted "Tough" during Del Rey's performance at Fenway Park in Boston in June.
The track arrives alongside the official music video, directed by Quavo, Del Rey and Wyatt Spain Winfrey, which finds Quavo and Del Rey slow dancing together while singing along to the song, as well as playing guitar on a cottage porch.
“Tough”is the first music since Del Rey’s debut album Born to Die to feature influences from the world of hip-hop, and marks Del Rey's first collaboration with a rap artist since Lust for Life, which included songs with the Weeknd (“Lust for Life”), A$AP Rocky (“Groupie Love”), and Playboi Carti (“Summer Bummer”).
