JID is kicking-off the new year with a new freestyle, “30,” produced by his long-time beatmaking partner Christo, Conductor, and Tane Runo. JID also dropped the visualizer for '30 Freestyle' in which he raps while sitting in a window, and shared his plans for 2024 on X, writing: “ima just drop music all year and see what happens.”
The Dreamville rapper dropped his third album The Forever Story in 2022, peaking at No. 12 on the Billboard 200. After completing the Luv Is 4ever tour with Smino, he took some time off before announcing in May a joint project with Metro Boomin, then later teased a follow-up to 'The Forever Story', Forever & A Day.
