Ty Dolla $ign has dropped the new single “Motion” along with an official music video. Produced by Will Larsen and Stryv, the track is set to appear on Ty’s forthcoming, untitled EP. The EP will mark Ty’s first collection of songs since Cheers to the Best Memories, his 2021 collaborative project with R&B duo dvsn. It will also serve as his first solo release since 2020’s Featuring Ty Dolla $ign.
Ty Dolla Sign had revealed to Apple Music’s Zane Lowe that more music is on the way: “I got an EP ready, I got a mixtape ready, I got an album ready, I got another type of genre album ready. I’m ready, so now it’s about spacing it out and properly timing everything the right way. I’ll be dropping hella new music and I’m excited for it.”
