A little over a year since putting out his album 7220, Lil Durk has announced that he’ll be releasing a new album titled Almost Healed, set to drop on Friday, May 12. Durk posted on social media: "Y’all won 🏆 100k comments ✅ May 12th Pre save now {link in bio}". Also shared in the announcement of the album was its cover art, featuring a black and white photograph of him standing surrounded by blurred figures.
Details are vague about Almost Healed, however, it will most likely contain a collaboration with J. Cole. Footage was leaked of the two on a shoot for their collaboration, which Durk confirmed during his set at this year’s Dreamville Fest.
