Pharrell announced in a recent Instagram post that 'Something in the Water Festival is back in the 757 for 2023,” confirming that his annual festival would return to Virginia Beach next year.

“Something in the Water” has been held in Virginia Beach since 2019, except for 2021 when it was moved to Washington, D.C. as Pharrell protested against the killing of his cousin by Virginia Beach police. Previous festivals have featured N.E.R.D., SZA, Justin Timberlake, Tyler, the Creator and even a reunion of Pharrell’s Virginia Beach brethren the Clipse. The 2023 fest’s lineup has yet to be announced.

Passes for Something in the Water 2023 to go on sale Saturday, November 5 at 12 PM ET. The VA Locals Only sale for Virginia residents takes place 10 AM - 5 PM ET. Visit somethinginthewater.com for more details.
