Portland Trail Blazers guard Damian Lillard expects to miss at least the next three or four games due to a groin strain, he told reporters at practice on Thursday. Lillard suffered the groin strain last week during a game against Memphis Grizzlies.
Lillard is averaging 29.7 points, 7.9 assists and 4.3 rebounds this season, while hitting four 3-pointers per game at a 39.5 percent clip. He’s been on a tear during the last month, averaging 38.4 points and 9.4 assists while hitting 5.5 3-pointers per game.
