St. Louis Blues Take 3-2 Series Lead With Game 5 Win Over San Jose Sharks

Vladimir Tarasenko scored on a penalty shot and Jaden Schwartz added three goals taking the St. Louis Blues closer to their first trip to the Stanley Cup Final in nearly a half-century.  The Blues defeated the San Jose Sharks 5-0 on Sunday in Game 5 of the Western Conference final.

The victory gave the Blues a 3-2 series lead in the Western Conference finals. 

St. Louis can earn its first trip back to the final since 1970 with a win at home in Game 6 on Tuesday night.
